Not object of hatred but national symbols expressed through flags, slogans, holydays, national unity, independence and solidarity are the sources of power for any government to be both permanent and stable and be acknowledged by the people as legitimate as well. And that is when its citizens may recognize its authority and right to exercise its power in the country. Quite the reverse, however, TPLF claims and as well relies on its large body of military force and the might of his organization and yet, it declared officially that all of the national symbols and Ethiopian unity are worthless. Likewise, TPLF created its parliament, judicial and executive bodies to claim its unconditional authority over the people.
After all, all governments can be divided into three parts, doesn’t mean though all are democrats. For instance, under Totalitarian rulers, all braches of government are not characterized by check and balances as opposed to democratic governments are arranged to operate. On the other hand, all the three branches of governments under totalitarian rulers are completely arranged to serve their regime. And also, totalitarian rulers lack the knowledge and self-restraint necessary to encourage the free cooperation of people to achieve any purpose common to the nation. As a result, their political establishment is either extreme or short-lived or both and often disastrous. Intentionally, though the courthouse of TPLF is set up for the purpose of delivering a judgment in advance against one’s fate and it does as well interpret the case in point as it fits to the desire of TPLF’S power-trip, and the parliament is set up to write and pass laws that serves the interest of TPLF, and also the executive body and the entire structure below is set up to control and enforce the laws of TPLF. That is all there is to it. All of them were set up in a way to play an important part for TPLF to achieve an aggregated result of power over the entire nation. And worst of all, not only were the establishments of all branches tribal, the performances of all branches are sectional, partial and bias too. As a result, one must call upon Ethiopians of all walks of life to come closer in time and get rid of TPLF by taking the elements apart and its powerhouse in ruins. In short, Let TPLF’S dreams of ruling Ethiopia lie in ruins irreversibly and let the unity and territorial integrity of our nation prevail over its natural enemy.
With that said, the burden is on us to fight injustice and any other lack of treatments individuals and groups are suffering in our country because of their political and ideological convictions. For sure, fighting injustice, and any lack of treatments be it based on political and ideological convictions, and ethnic or racial disparities in our country is the burning question of the day! Although members and collaborators of the current tyrant regime continue to argue about the court being free and neutral, time and time again, the court proves them wrong and continues to have issued a categorical denial of their allegations. Categorically, the judicial branch (court house) of TPLF is an agency that helps TPLF control and enforce its dictatorial rule against the will of the public, and encourages deviances and corruption to take root in our country. When all’s said and done, the trio branches of TPLF’S tyrant regime are set up to stifle the voice of unity, the voice of reasons, and along with that to suppress all complaints with a gag order. That is the fact on record. Which is why the risk of being convicted when put on trial for a ‘crime’ under the court of law of TPLF is always higher than possible. Because, it is the unscrupulous TPLF who has the court as its property, and confronts the defendant with a charge of having done something illegal, and stands as plaintiff with its handpicked witnesses on its side to punish the victims. Isn’t that what they call it is a Kangaroo court, a travesty of justice, and a mockery of neutrality at the hands of hypocrite TPLF? So one wonders what TPLF’S supporters, have to say for the answer when asked where is the equation of justice in which both the defendant and the plaintiff are equally treated and served before the court of your law? In other words, where is the neutrality of the court in today’s Ethiopia ? And yet again, the unbridled inhuman and vicious behavior of TPLF continues to terrify the entire nation and disgusts Ethiopians of all convictions. As TPLF is the source of all evils, the mischievous political philosophy it believes in is also definitely an evil omen. So the fight is between the good and the evil.
After all, it is a defining moment and a moment of truth for Ethiopians and friends to tell the good apart from the ugly. To that end, all genuine Ethiopians who wish to continue the union of all Ethiopians must join an alliance formed by Ethiopian organizations for a common purpose and further engaged in the process of amalgamating more of the greater public and Ethiopian civic and professional associations into a unified whole. At any rate, it is prim and proper for most of us to come to terms where we can avoid some low-level tit for tat on time and can offer our best instead. As then, still the greatness of our nation resides not in those narrowly based taskforces in power, or in those opportunist individuals whose twist of fate is on a whim but in the will, in the faith, intelligence and moral forces of our patriots. .
One has to know though that the doctrine of TPLF that puts one ethnic group against another, one faction against its own coalition and all factions against the entire union is a wrong way round to build one nation. Only assassins of our social and political progresses preach hatred and animosity in which TPLF is benefited and that is what TPLF’S current political arrangement is all about. It is uncalled for and it is a negative energy if you will and we would not allow it to incite us or tempt us to join TPLF’S political circus. If incited, we definitely choose positive energy and ideas over negative gusto and false pursuit of happiness of TPLF. After all, we are required to recreate a new Ethiopia in which hatred and animosity are no longer pervasive. In other words, we ought to create an environment in which mutual trust and understanding are prevailing and most of all, an environment where the energies of all Ethiopians of all walks of life shall be devoted to constructive efforts.
Besides, it must be known that TPLF and collaborators are always behind several havocs and internal squabbles that we have been experiencing for some time from within. Besides, being lost in a world of our own, and weakening our sense of unity during discussions and leaning towards the side issues and tending to forget the main concerns and engaging with some low-level tit for tat at the expense of our genuine political and social objectives serves only TPLF’S purpose. So this pattern of political behavior has been highly manipulated by TPLF and others in order to interrupt our hard work and to deter us from forging unity amongst ourselves
In conclusion, the rundown powerhouse of ethnocentric dictatorship in tandem with its mischievous political philosophy needs to get battered down by a unified force. A unified force that is prepared to resist any pressure on its way and a unified force whose governing, leading and directing capability is much better and greater than those narrowly based political unit in the capital. Likewise, the ethnocentric federal arrangement of TPLF must be replaced by a political system in which former provinces and regions become autonomous and citizens of all provinces and regions are free and equal to elect their officials and participate in decision-making process on both local and federal levels of government in Ethiopia as well. In addition, replacing TPLF’S ethnic oriented federal arrangement with some broadly based coalition government in Addis Ababa is the first safety measure that our unified forces have to take on in order to bring about hopes and optimism for Ethiopians of all walks of life. Though, as mutual trust and confidence are the true interest of Ethiopians, one has to pick up where mutual trust and confidence are celebrated on the national level to boost the Morales of our society as a whole. Thereafter, mutual trust and confidence come to fore to play a major role in liberating the minds of the public and those are the conceivable measures any responsible government has to consider in order to secure of our social well-being and sense of worth as a society. In the end, Ethiopians shall have a representative government that will promote such measures as keeping the country whole and the people together
Unity is power.
